Rick has always had an artistic eye, so it's no wonder he's been the owner of Ambience and the creative director for over twenty-five years. As a graduate of the Columbus College of Art and Design, he partnered with David McDargh to start Ambience Events in 1994. Since then, he has championed countless artistic endeavors from numerous annual local corporate meetings down to more personal projects such as his friends' weddings and anniversaries.

Justin has been with us for nearly a decade now, and at this point has designed many events on his own, big to small. Having studied at The Art Institute of Los Angeles: Santa Monica with a background in graphic design and animation, Justin has been able to bring a very unique perspective to our team. He also heads up our high school dance department for all of
your Prom and Homecoming needs!
